The ideal candidate for this department will possess a thorough understanding of the OSI model and be able to explain how data moves or flows from one PC, or network, to another PC, or network. They will also have a strong understanding of IP and ISDN networks.
Job Requirements
A potential candidate would also have experience, or be encouraged to do internet research on the following topics / protocols:
- Tandgerb / Cisco / Polycom IP Video Conferencing Systems
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
