JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Taking enquiries, mainly over the phone for itineraries worldwide
- Quoting on holidays with an emphasis on destinations such as south-east Asia and Dubai and Middle East
- Converting enquiries to bookings to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Take enquiries from other travel agents within the consortium and assisting them on any queries/trouble-shooting
- Helping other travel agents use the system and advising on the product
- Working Monday to Friday, office hours, with a rota for Saturday Mornings (time off in lieu)
- Rapidly growing company so good opportunity to develop to Senior Travel Consultant level and assist in training of new starts
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will ideally have a good background in retail travel, with good worldwide knowledge and will be sales and target driven
