Candidate Profile
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Trainer
- Candidate should have trainer’s certification from reputed institute
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- The profile needs lots of traveling so incumbent should comfortable to travel all over.
Job Description
- Utilize effective presentation & training skills including creative training & learning techniques
- Establish the purpose of the course
- Administer activities to accomplish training stated goals
- Monitor trainee progress and provide timely reporting of all metrics to manager for preparation of the training reports
- Maintain established timelines for topics and activities
- Interact with the client when appropriate & required
- Analyze daily tracking including end of day course evaluations and trainee assessments and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments
- Understand business impacts and responsibility to deliver efficient and effective training that support & account profitability and client satisfaction
- Be a part of the on going call calibration sessions between Quality, Training & Ops
- Monitor, assess and document student progress using the Readiness Recommendation
- Conduct refresher trainings
