Candidate Profile

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Trainer
  • Candidate should have trainer’s certification from reputed institute
  • Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
  • The profile needs lots of traveling so incumbent should comfortable to travel all over.

Job Description

  • Utilize effective presentation & training skills including creative training & learning techniques
  • Establish the purpose of the course
  • Administer activities to accomplish training stated goals
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide timely reporting of all metrics to manager for preparation of the training reports
  • Maintain established timelines for topics and activities
  • Interact with the client when appropriate & required
  • Analyze daily tracking including end of day course evaluations and trainee assessments and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments
  • Understand business impacts and responsibility to deliver efficient and effective training that support & account profitability and client satisfaction
  • Be a part of the on going call calibration sessions between Quality, Training & Ops
  • Monitor, assess and document student progress using the Readiness Recommendation
  • Conduct refresher trainings
