Tenant Relations Executive (Lease Mgmt)

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Manage portfolio of existing leases and provide service co-ordination and liaison between the shopping centre and tenants
• Handling of new lease, lease renewal, lease expiration, negotiation and follow-up with various lease documentations
• Evaluate and analyze tenants’ business performance as well as assisting to supervise tenants’ mid-long term performance
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with tenants and providing solutions on operational matters as required.

 REQUIREMENTS:-

• Diploma, Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 year experiences in similar capacity (retail)
• Experience in handling various lease documents
• Good knowledge of domestic retail in shopping centre industry with understanding on consumer brands and their respective positioning
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to handle difficult situations
• Possess excellent written, organizational and communication skills
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-tasking oriented
