Responsibilities:
· To manage, maintain and improve the quality, environmental occupational health & safety (QEHS) management system for all projects, products & services in the Company.
· To oversee all aspects of the system, ensuring it meets the prescribed standards and/or customer requirements
· Ensure proper implementation & compliance with prescribed standards, customer requirements and legislation requirements for QEHS management system.
· Assist in coordinating, implementing, monitoring and review of Business Excellence program (based on SQA & other international framework);
· Conduct briefing and training on relevant areas.
Requirements:
· Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Communication Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Communication Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
· Preferably trained with certification in QMS and/or EHS Management System
· Preferably with RF/Microwave product/system manufacturing experience.
· Experience with quality requirements and ISO Management systems
· Preferably with experience in EHS management system
· Knowledge / experience in SQA / SQC, SIA/SIC, PDS, Six Sigma, and/or IQC will be an added advantage.
· Proficiency in MS office application software
· Decisive leadership
· Good command of English
· Good presentation & communication skills
