System Developer (Information Management)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

·         Key responsibilities involve understanding system requirements, formulating system design, coding and implementing enhancement to the application

·         System design scope includes translating the requirements and prototype into database design, use cases and class diagrams

·         Abide to IAS development standards for system coding and web design

·         Evaluate and recommend software applicable to the project

·         Conduct unit testing, integrated testing, load testing and performance benchmarking to ensure system meets the desired performance

Requirements:

·         A good Bachelor degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized university

·         Required skill sets are:

·         a. Adobe Flex (includes programming and setting up)

·         b. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 (32/64bits) or later (setup and management)

·         c. Oracle 11gR1 or later (including PL/SQL development, SQL tuning, create database table, amend table fields and craft database SQL statements)

·         d. Eclipse IDE version 3.5 or later (with Subclipse for Subversioning as plugins)

·         e. Object orientated development life-cycle using UML

·         f. Java and J2EE programming on Linux

·         g. JMeter and JUnit for testing

·         h. Knowledge of Tibco messaging, Subversion and Sparx Enterprise Architect

·         i. Performance tuning is required

·         Good communication skills required

·         Able to work independently and/or as part of a team

·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Associate Engineer (Radar)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

·         Assist Engineers to develop communication products, perform product/software testing and troubleshooting

·         Preparation of documents for the products

Requirements:

·         Diploma in Electronics & Communications Engineering

·         Familiar in telecommunication product will be an added advantage

·         Strong knowledge and interest in RF and microwave is preferred

·         Good experience in schematic capture and PCB layout using PowerLogic/Mentor graphics
