Job Description:

Ø  Receiving and acceptance of new materials from suppliers

Ø  Picking of materials based on customer's demand

Ø  Material management, such as preservation, packaging, cycle-counting, housekeeping and etc

Ø  Distribution of materials to customer's locations

Ø  Ensure fulfillment of receipt and issue KPIs

Requirements:

Ø   NITEC in any discipline or GCE 'A'/ 'O'/ 'N' levels

Ø  Experience working in warehousing and distribution setup

Ø  Must be a team player

Project Administrator

Job Scope:

Ø  Administer training sessions & workshops

Ø  Prepare & print training  workshop materials

Ø  Assist with the venue logistical arrangement

Ø  Collate & consolidate training workshop feedback evaluation reports

Ø  Provide ad hoc project administrative support to the project team

Ø  Take charge of training registration

Requirements:

Ø  Min qualification: Fresh Diploma graduate

Ø  Previous project administration & coordination experience

Ø  Well-organized

Ø  Proactive with initiative

Ø  An eye for details

Ø  Good communications skills to liaise with stakeholders

Ø  Competent in MS Office suite – Word, PowerPoint & Excel

Ø  Ability to produce simple video & graphic design

Order Processing Specialist

Job Description:
- Perform the role of Order Processing
- Responsible for the warehouse management in the timely updating of receipts, issues and other function in the SAP and WMS system

Requirements:
- Diploma/ NITEC in any discipline or GCE 'A'/ 'O' level
- Experience in operating SAP and Warehouse Management System
- Must be a team player
