Space Center --Project Manager / Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meet all contractual requirements.  Lead the project team and front the customers in specific projects
• Identify all contractual system requirements and responsible for system designs and reviews
• Analyze and define all project materials and service purchases based on cost optimization and appropriate risk management
• Perform day-to-day coordination, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure smooth running of the project
• Organize project review meeting, prepare meeting material and prepare minutes
• Provide regular project reports to customers, internal departments and management
• Monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years experience in communications project management
• Experience in satellite communications network and equipment is preferred
• Experience in satellite and ground network and equipment is preferred
• Strong project and people management skills with excellent communication and problem solving abilities
• A self-driven and good team player who is able to work within tight timelines
