Position 1

Job Scope

Reporting to the Director, Business Development, the candidate is responsible for presales support for tendering of integrated Audio Visual & Multimedia conferencing & collaboration systems. The candidate is also expected to proactively engaging potential customers, consultants in developing opportunities & gather requirement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.     At least 3 years of presales experience in large scale Audio Visual & Multimedia , converged AV/IT projects

2.     Experience with managing Audio Visual & Multimedia projects

3.     Certified in any of the following:

·     CVE-Certified Videoconferencing Engineer

·     CTS (Infocom Certified Technology Specialist)

·     CTS-D (CTS-Design)

4.     Experience in multimedia technology in unified communications & collaboration. Familiar with Videoconferencing & Telepresence products from Polycom, CISCO/Tandberg

5.     Experience in professional integrated audio visual technology, sound system design. Knowledge & experience in digital media broadcast will be a plus

6.     Familiar with Audio Visual products from Crestron, Extron, NEC/Samsung/Panasonic/LG/Sony, Christie Digital/Barco etc

7.     Possess good presentation skill & confident in handling customers in requirement gathering

Position 2

Job Scope

Provide technical support to pre-sales in integrated security system which includes surveillance, PA, Card Access, intercom, intrusion system, etc. to meet the business needs & service level. When required, support project implementation & maintenance activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.     Comprehend customer’s requirements & map out technical solution accordingly

2.     Derive value-added services & instill in solution

3.     Work out solution & communicate solution to customer during pre-sales phase

4.     Prepare proposals & cost breakdown

5.     Work closely with partners & vendors

6.     Able to grasp good understanding of 3rd party products & offerings

7.     Evaluate 3^rd  products & services & propose the winning solution

8.     Work closely with project implementation team to kick-start project after win

9.     Plan, schedule & carry out assigned tasks & activities

Requirements:

1.     Minimum diploma holder

2.     Experience in implementation of integrated security system

3.     Good network knowledge (CCNA certification preferred)

4.     Willing to travel & support overseas project

5.     Possess good writing, presentation & communication skills

6.     Good team worker & have keen in continuous improvement in knowledge & skills

7.     Analytical minded self-initiative, self-driven personality & strong operational skills
