Software Test Manager
Job:
- Define the approach towards internal software system test
- Plan, monitor and control internal software system test activities to ensure the quality and promptness of the testing
- Review the approach and test description towards Acceptance Test and Site Integration Test as define by system integration team
- Support various user acceptance and site integration test activities
- Lead, manage and provide guidance to the test team so as to mange and resolve issues related to software system test
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience in testing, with preferably at least 1 year of lead or manager position
- Experience in developing and/or testing complex C3 software system will be an advantage
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server database will be advantageous
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Have a strong team spirit with can-do attitude
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills in both English & Mandarin
