Software Manager:
Job Description:
- Degree with 2 years as a software manager with 5 years in development
- Good working relationship with project leadership, and business. Good communication skills, experience with full life cycle implementation
- Strong hands-on Software Application Programming experience, 6+ years experience in software development management, development and project handling, on Java technologies.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in Java and SAP.
- Lead project through implementation by actively managing scope and design delivery and issue resolution.
- Manage success criteria and key timeline decisions
- Responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Should demonstrate ownership over assigned projects.
- Innovative approach in technical and managerial problem solving situations.
Special Remarks:
- JAVA AND SAP Mandatory
- C++ experience is a advantage
