Service Delivery Managers
Strong operational experience in managing a FM
At least 6 years of IT experience with 4 years of experience in infrastructure implementation or infrastructure outsourcing projects, and 2 years of experience in infrastructure consultancy position
Have good understanding/working knowledge of the following technology:
Microsoft Server/Desktop Environment
Networking
Storage/SAN
Infrastructure Security
Database Technology
Strong in people and customer management skill
Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL
