Service Delivery Manager – (SDM-Network)
- Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Science with 8 -10 years of relevant experience in the areas of Technical Operations and/or Service Delivery in a Large Enterprise or a Service Provider.
- Good Working Knowledge of various technologies such as IP Telephony, Contact Center, Video, LAN, WAN, Security.
- Industry standard certifications from leading vendors such as Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, and Juniper would be an added plus.
- Must have strong ITIL knowledge and ITIL Foundation Certification would be highly recommended.
- Possess both technical and project management skills to oversee and manage various System Integrators for successful delivery of ongoing Managed Services.
- Possess knowledge of computer systems, relational database software, application development will be an added advantage
- A team player with excellent communication, analytical and strong interpersonal skills.
