• Hands-on experience in implementation, administration and management in UNIX, Linux & Windows Servers.
• Have good understanding & working knowledge of Web & Portal Technology and Java platform like Web logic, Content Management, SSO and LDAP will be an added advantage
• Experience and Knowledge of Open Source tools.
• Strong in people and customer management skill
• Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL

Solution Consultant

• Possess good communication and customer engagement skills;
• Posses strong technical and Data Centre knowledge;
• Ability to response promptly to sales enquiries and meeting the expected presales turnaround time;
• Work closely with the Account Manages on customers’ DR enquires, quotations, RFPs, tenders.
• Do presentations and conduct DC tours for existing clients and new potential clients.
• Work closely with BRC DR Team to provide DR solutions for existing clients and new potential clients.
• Liaise with product sales and product vendors for hardware quotations and purchases.
• Explore new technologies and innovation ways of doing DR with product vendors.
• Organize product trainings, knowledge sharing sessions and seminars for BRC DR Team.
• Improvise and improve existing presales process and procedures.
• Ensure smooth handover over of presales information to project manager upon contract awarded.
•  Provides business value solutions and proposal for clients including presentation and proposal writing, conducting proof of concept or business simulation to showcase feasibility when necessary;
• Ensure timely submission time of bid proposals and price information set by the bid management team or the client;
• Ensure accurate computation of resource cost (e.g. hardware, software, human resource, facilities and logistics required) for the bid/project so as to ensure proper budget available for project delivery;
• Work with inter-departmental teams to win bids;
• Work with the sales team in client vision creation, presenting, discussing and selling services capabilities;
• Meet clients to gather requirements to develop appropriate service proposals;
• Preferably with technical skill and knowledge.
• Possess knowledge on server backups
• Possess Data Centre knowledge, preferred
• Possess strong teamwork spirit.
