Service Delivery Manager @ MOE HQ
- Strong operational experience in managing a FM
- At least 4 years of IT experience in infrastructure implementation or infrastructure outsourcing projects, and/or infrastructure consultancy position

Have good understanding/working knowledge of the following technology:
- J2EE middleware
- Microsoft Server
- Networking
- Storage/SAN
- Infrastructure Security
- Database Technology
- Strong in people and customer management skill
- Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL
