Service Delivery Manager @ MOD
- Strong operational experience in managing a FM team
- At least 4 years of IT experience in infrastructure design, implementation or infrastructure outsourcing projects, and/or infrastructure consultancy position
- Hands-on experience in implementation, administration and management in UNIX, Linux & Windows Servers.
- Have good understanding & working knowledge of Web & Portal Technology and Java platform like Web logic, Content Management, SSO and LDAP will be an added advantage
- Experience and Knowledge of Open Source tools.
- Strong in people and customer management skill
- Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL
