Service Delivery Manager
1) Strong operational experience in managing a FM
2) At least 6 years of IT experience with
· 4 years of experience in infrastructure implementation or infrastructure outsourcing projects, and
· 2 years of experience in infrastructure consultancy position
3) Have good understanding/working knowledge of the following technology:
· Microsoft Server/Desktop Environment
· Networking
· Storage/SAN
· Infrastructure Security
· Database Technology
4) Strong in people and customer management skill
5) Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL
