Service Delivery Manager @ IDA HQ
- Strong operational experience in managing a FM
- At least 5 years of IT experience with
- 4 years of experience in infrastructure implementation or infrastructure outsourcing projects, and
- 2 years of experience in infrastructure consultancy position
- Have good understanding/working knowledge of the following technology:
- Microsoft Server/Desktop Environment
- Networking
- Storage/SAN
- Infrastructure Security
- Database Technology
- Strong in people and customer management skill
- Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL
