Job Description

Ø  Responsible for daily production output set out by Supervisor

Ø  Organize and setup the plant or section to achieve the production and quality requirement 

Ø  Control the resources and efficiently utilize the resources, eg, manpower, equipment, etc to achieve goals set

Ø  Organize and control multiple product line when needed

Ø  Perform some administrative functions, eg, input production data into computer system, etc

Requirements

Ø  Nitec in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical system 

Ø  Able to read and write English

Ø  Knowledge of safety at workplace

Ø  Able to lead the staff

Ø  Must be a team player

Senior Accountant

Job Description

Ø  Handle accounting functions for the Costing Section

Ø  Generate timely month-end manufacturing reports and maintenance of product cost in SAP Costing modules –

Ø  Prepare monthly Management and Operation reports, year-end schedules, performance analysis, variance reports, production costs and other ad-hoc reports

Ø  Prepare, analyze and interpret monthly financial and management reports within reporting deadlines Handle tax compliance matters, including tax computation and GST submission

Ø  Knowledge of risk management and various aspects of auditing functions including audit planning, system review and audit fieldwork

Requirements

Ø  Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or professional qualification recognized by Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS)

Ø  Minimum 5 years of working experience

Ø  Knowledge in Singapore FRS and tax regulations

Ø  Working experience in an SAP ERP system will be an added advantage

Ø  Experience with full set of accounts and auditing is an advantage
