Senior Firmware Engineer / Lead

Job Scope

· Setup, plan, co-ordinate and follow up project development for timely and quality execution.

· Provide technical expertise in all aspects of design flow starting from defining product spec, design and verification,

. Expertise with firmware subsystem for 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit microcontroller based products

. Working knowledge of FPGA/CPLD and programming with VHDL/Verilog.

· Follow structured firmware processes for development.

· Develop design verification test requirements and create test reports

· Develop unit and integration test requirements, methodologies and processes.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Electrical Engineering or Related fields.

· Minimum of 5 years firmware development experience

· Experience in microcontroller and real-time C programming is required.

· Experience in RTOS based development.

· Working knowledge of ARM-Cortex based microcontrollers.

· Proven teamwork skills and ability to interface with all levels in testing and hardware/ software development organization

· Interested in hands on engineering work

Presales Engineer

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for tenders, solution designs and proposal generatio

·         Maintain interaction with Business Managers

·         Coordinate sales with agents and partners.

·         Handle tenders of value more than 5 to 10 million

Requirements:

·         Masters/Bachelors in Business or Engineering with Cisco certifications

·         At least 5 years pre-sales experience with international work experience

·         Achieve high success rate in VSAT proposals and have done turnkey corporate proposals

·         Extensive experience in VSAT domain

·         In-depth understanding of Competition platforms

·         Good business acumen and communication skills

·         Willing to travel and work on deadlines.
