Senior Finance Manager (Bid Review)

The successful candidate will oversee and manage the Bid Review Finance functions, details of involvement as follows:

Lead and manage a team, playing an important role in independent bid review for both Singapore & overseas project tenders

Review the customer tender specification documents and partner teaming agreements

Reviewing costing, quotations and pricings of tenders

  Work closely with Proposal team to drive revenue growth and achievement of EBIT margin goals, assessment and mitigation of the financial risk management for project tenders, ensuring that it falls within the company pricing guidelines

  Assist Proposal team to generate cash flow models, advise on foreign currency exposure and project P&L.

Improvise & implement standardize costing templates and business models

 Responsible to evaluate new Leasing partners, leasing models and ensure competitive quotes are obtained.

 Responsible for manpower rate calculation and Pricing guidelines as well as communications with the operations.

  Responsible for Utility pricing models for standard services

Advise the Proposal team on local and overseas financial & tax regulations

Requirements:

 Degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience

 Must have experience in IT industry to be able to appreciate the work and terms used

Possess strong business/commercial acumen and analytical skills in financial risk management

Experience in handling costing and pricing of IT project tenders either as part of the Finance team or Proposal/Presales/Sales team

 Experience in bidding for Singapore Government project tenders and/or overseas project tenders will be highly advantageous

 Skilled in Microsoft Excel

Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision

 Meticulous, outspoken and resourceful

Prefer to have prior experience participating in response to tenders, involvement in costing/ pricing modeling

Role will have 4-5 Senior/ Financial Analyst to supervise, hence at least 3 years of managerial experiences is required

Reporting

Reporting to the Finance Director, successful candidate will work closely with various colleagues from cross teams/ departments (i.e. Sales, Delivery, Procurement, HR, Architect Office, and Infrastructure)

Act as the financial advisory and ensure compliance to any regulations.
