Senior Executive/ Excecutive (Sales Operation)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

·         Support Post Sales Order Management

·         Process customer purchase orders. Complete all checks before processing purchase orders, including customer details, credit history, inventory status, etc

·         Coordinate logistics between suppliers, forwarders, 3rd party warehouses, internal staff in order to ensure that correct orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner

·         Ensure customers pay as per agreed credite terms. Follow up with customers for overdue payments when required

·         Communicates regarding product deliveries and availability, including scheduling or rescheduling (pull-in/push-out of orders). Reconcile discrepancies between internal parties and customers

·         Ensure book to physical accuracy of consigned inventories in 3rd party warehouse vs SAP system

·         Issue delivery order through SAP system. Creation of returns and follow through with shipment.

Requirements:

·         At least diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

·         Minimum 2-5 years related experience in sales operations, sales support in the electronics sector

·         Excellent commmunication skillls with good written and spoken English

·         Good problem solving skills and business savy

·         Self-starter and a team player

·         Computer literate with SAP knowledge will be an added advantage

Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

·         In charge of all admin duties for Engineering department and reports to the Head of department

·         Perform secretarial duties such as minutes taking, diary management, travel booking, invoices handling etc

·         Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails/faxes/calls for the Head of department

·         Prepare reports, presentation materials and maintain office records

·         Support any other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

·         At least a diploma with 3 years of relevant experience in a dynamic organization

·         Willing to pick up new skills and possess initiative

·         Able to work independently with minimal supervision

·         Fast learner, meticulous and resourceful
