Job Responsibilities

• Participate in service development and dissemination
• Support current service offerings through continuous innovation and improvement
• Conduct research in consulting trends and opportunities and develop appropriate service offerings to fulfill these needs
• Lead in pre-sales activities
• Work with solution teams to develop an integrated proposal
• Present proposed solution to customers
• Lead in delivering proposed solutions
• Collaborate with project team in aligning project schedule, integrating deliverables and managing stakeholders
• Deliver project within timeframe and agreed scope
• Ensure high quality deliverables
• Manage stakeholder related risks

Working experience

• At least 4 years consulting experience as an internal consultant or with an international consulting organization
• Demonstrated expertise and track record in at least one of the following:
• HR Transformation
• Change Management
• Organisation Development

General

• Experience with government/ government related organisations is preferred
• Strong communications and relationship management skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
• Excellent command of English and another language
• A consultancy approach to working
• A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with public and private sector customers in Singapore and overseas
• Has a commercial mindset
• Delivery focused with a proven track record

Network Project Managers

• At least 5 years in project manage and technical implementation of IT network projects
• Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing multi-million dollars IT network projects in both the government and/or commercial sectors
• Monitor and control the project progress, budget, cost, schedule and deliverables
• Certification in CITPM or PMI preferred
• Experienced and familiarity with Structured Cabling, Network, wireless LAN and routing technologies, network solutions using CISCO, ALCATEL LUCENT network equipment as well as their management systems (NMS). Added advantage for those who is having converged communication experience or implemented complex technicality such as MPLS, Converged UC and/or security
• Excellent customer relationship management, sub-contractor management, presentation, and proposal writing skills
• Class 3 driving license would be a definite advantage
