Job Responsibilities:

Senior Account Manager is required to drive and grow IT Systems Integration, Consulting, Applications and Outsourcing Solutions businesses for vertical markets both locally and overseas in order to achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

He/She will establish, maintain, and strengthen relationship and rapport with existing and new clients and partners.

He/She needs to manage the progress and development of accounts, as well as quotations and tenders related to clients and partners.

Senior Account Manager will support pre-sales and post sales activities and propose new creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

He/She is required to build pipelines and develop and execute startegies to grow and maintain existing accounts and market share in the various geographical markets.

Needs to promote further development of named accounts by establishing a direct, personal relationship at appropriate level of management.

Needs to oversee the vertical's account management and collections.

Job Requirements:

Should have at least 5 years of sales experience in the following areas:

IT solutions and services
IT hardware and solutions

Should have an experience in managing customer satisfaction level of vertical named accounts.

Candidate should have proven track record in exceeding sales targets.

Should have good public speaking and communication skills with the ability to clearly present solution and service information at one to one or group presentation.

Must be outgoing and has pleasing personality.

Should be result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Must be willing to travel overseas as required.
