Principal responsibilities:

Identify sales opportunities, develop and execute action plan to win sales opportunities

Cultivate relationships with new strategic customers and opinion leaders

Lead and manage presentations and proposals

Develop plans and coordinate customer activities

Participate in general marketing support activities

Pre-requisites:

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines

Preferably 2 years working experience; fresh graduates with the right aptitude will also be considered

Strong communication skills and customer focus

Result oriented, motivated, resourceful and able to work independently

PART 1: POSITION DATA

Indoor Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Handling of In-Bound enquiry calls - Indoor sales

Handle Quotations to customers with advice on lead time on materials eg licenses, agreements

Prepare cost sheet , chase for urgent PR or orders for delivery (sales orders, delivery orders etc)

Statistic Reports (Management Report , Customized Customer Price list)

Manage Partner and customer portal

Any other general administrative duties

Requirements:

At least 2 years of working knowledge with MS Excel & MS office tools.

At least 1-2 years of working experience as Indoor Sales Support

Experience as a Microsoft Indoor Sales Support is an advantage

Must be team player, but yet able to work independently

Fair communication skills, as there will be interfaces to customers over phones

Able to work under pressure

Meticulous and good with numbers

Must have work in IT industry
