Sales Admin Assistant (Sydney)

A small but vibrant office requires an Office Administrator to undertake General administrative duties, order entry, scheduling, re-scheduling and deliveries into our ERP system, manage stock quantities held at our customer’s premises and trace and track orders to ensure goods are delivered in a timely manner to our customers.

The applicant is also expected to undertake general reception duties, handling customer/client enquires, banking duties, ordering stationary, managing petty cash, bank statement reconciliation, accounts receivable and coordinating and follow-up with customer on logistics issues.

Preparation of GST entries and entry into BAS statements and quote simple small orders for small accounts from our ERP system is also expected.

The applicant my be required to assist with other ad hoc office duties such as help plan travel, customer visits, hotel bookings, customer training seminars, entry of expenses from time to time.  

Requirements:             

 

- Min High School Certificate or similar

- Min 3 years’ relevant experience

- Good communication skills and phone manner with a passion to serve customers and make customer satisfaction

- Understanding of book-keeping principles and business principles

- Good MS Office skills and experience with MYOB, Quickbooks, SAP or similar ERP

Sales Engineer (KL)

Role:                            Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for promoting and/or selling of electronic components products. Organises and conducts presentations to potential and existing customers. Attends to sales enquiries and generation of quotations. Prepares sales reports and attends to after-sales servicing. Explores business opportunities and expands market share.   

Requirements:                                                 

                        - Min 3 years experience in component sales

- Min Diploma in Electronics / Technical Engineering

                        - Good knowledge in electronic component products market

- Possess excellent presentation skills

- Must have good communication & interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and resourceful with strong demonstrated leadership qualities

- Capable of performing in a high paced environment and under pressure

- Must possess own car

- Able to travel overseas
