SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE
- Perform AP functionswhich include review of invoices & staff claims, preparation of payments, AP aging & accruals
- Perform AR functionswhich include preparation of invoices, AR aging, revenue accruals and credit review
- Preparation of AP/AR reportsfor month end closing and reporting
- Preparation of withholding tax & GST returns
- Ensure compliance with internal control systems and operational processes
- Handle other ad hoc assignments as required
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting
- Min 3-5 years of relevant job experience , preferably in MNC environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Word & Excel
- Mature, meticulous, self-driven, independent and a team player
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
