SEGMENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Role:                            - Build and develop the automotive component segment for the company within South Asia

• Identify key customers and partners within the segment
• Develop an eco-system of partnerships to deliver solutions to customers
• Work with internal R&D team to formulate design solutions for targeted applications
• Must be able to lead local and regional Sales / Product Marketing / FAE teams without direct reports   

Requirements:                                                 

                        - Min 5 years relevant working experience 

- Min Diploma in Electronics / Technical Engineering

                        - Good knowledge and familiar with electronic component products

- Possess excellent presentation skills

- Must have good communication & interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and resourceful

- Capable of performing in a high paced environment

- Must possess own car

Responsibilities:         

- Manage full sets of accounts for overseas entity

- Management of operational, statutory and budgeting reporting

- Prepare monthly closing reports to Group finance team

- Inventory management and processes.

- Assist in ad-hoc duties when required 

Requirements:             

- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent

- Min 3 years of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of accounting policies and procedures

- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Mature, high sense of integrity and a strong character

- Possess strong analytical skills and leadership competencies

- Dynamic personality, proactive and with ability to handle deadlines

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
