SALES MANAGER (BANGALORE, DEHLI)

The Regional Sales Manager will take the lead in developing and implementing plans to capture business opportunities and grow sales, market share and financial profitability and to complement the existing sales force with an increased level of expertise. 
Role:                    

• High level of expertise with electronic component products and solutions to meet expectations in revenue growth and profitability.
• Drives initiatives to promote sales within the region
• Promotes product sales within region by supporting promotions and sales lead generation programs.
• Develops business plan for marketing products
• Promote and strengthens relationships with customers, consultant, agent by demonstrating and present yourself as a consultant and leader in the sphere.

Requirements:              

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relating electrical or equivalent experience preferred;
• Min 5 years of progressively responsible sales & marketing experience;
• Prior experience electronic component product market
• Ability in selling high value new business with superior technical performance;
• Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to persuade and influence others in a positive manner;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Self-motivated and resourceful with strong demonstrated leadership qualities
• Capable of collaborating with teams and achieving results;
• Self driven, independent and enthusiastic to succeed;
• Capable of performing in a high paced environment
• Must possess own car
