Job Description
• This position acts as an interface between the mall management and the retailers.
• Coordinating events and promotions within the mall with retailers.
• Shall devise systems and procedures to ensure retailer’s delight.
• Dealing with retailer issues and responding to complaints.
Job Requirements
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Should be a team player with good communication and negotiation skills.

UG - B.A - Any Specialization, PR/Advertising,B.B.A - Management,BHM - Hotel Management,Diploma - Any Specialization, Hotel Management
