Role
To identify and source vacancies, creating employment and placement opportunities for clients. To successfully match clients to the opportunities, ensuring that identified goals are met.
Key Result Areas
• Achieves sustainable contractual job outcome targets.
• Sources suitable employment and /or placement opportunities for clients.
• Through telesales, employer visits, mail shots and other marketing initiatives, develops and maintains records of current and potential employers.
• Conducts one to one interviews with clients prior to, or upon starting on programme.
• Matches clients with vacancies that most closely fit both parties’ requirements to maximise satisfaction on both sides.
• Actively promotes services to employers, host organisations and partners.
• Effectively manage the aftercare service to clients on leaving programme
• Ensures that all relevant documentation is completed correctly and in line with contractual deadlines and standards
• Recruits clients onto contracts where applicable e.g. Modern Apprenticeships.
• Has a sound knowledge and understanding of the contractual requirements e.g. client attendance and discipline; ensures equal opportunities and health and safety procedures are adhered to
• Seeks commercial opportunities
• Secures repeat business through strong customer relationships
Job Requirements
• Previous marketing experience, including cold calling and telesales
• Face-to-face negotiating
• Maintaining employer relations
• Interviewing experience
• Detailed contractual understanding
• Organised
• Self-motivated, trustworthy and determined with a desire to succeed

• Aims to ensure a good fit between the client and placement

• Ideally a full driving licence, their own vehicle and business insurance (may not apply in certain areas)
