Requirements
-A minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Experience using PeopleSoft or related HRIS Software is a plus
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel; Should have s data entry skills.
-Excellent oral and communication skills required.
-Must be able to prioritize while working in a fast paced environment and adhere to all established deadlines.
Responsibilities
Assist management with administrative duties related to screening, recruiting, hiring, recruiting processes, offer letters, promotions, salary changes, etc.
Support the recruiting team in identifying candidates for open positions
Schedule interviews, process background check and make travel arrangements, as needed
Create and maintain employment files using establishing filing process.
Coordinate with internal departments to activate and distribute employee identifications for all new hires
Monthly and weekly HR reporting functions
Other duties and special projects as assigned
