Purchasing Assistant (Direct Contract 1-year)
- Prepare PO and ensure documents are in order and put up PO for approval.
- Help to chase for delivery.
- Keep track of ETA
- Perform GR if required.
- Place orders in website or email out orders
- Follow up with amendments if required.
- Coordinate with store on incoming shipments and GR issues
- Liaise with finance on payment and credit issues
- Coordinate delivery for direct shipments to customer with DSO/PM
- Liaise with BC, DSO and Product sales.
Qualifications and Experience
- Poly Diploma preferable in Logistics or Business Studies
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
- New Poly graduate is acceptable
- Work in similar industry Computer Company will be an advantage

Project Administrative Assistant
Your job scope includes:
- Provision of daily administrative and coordination support to the team which include meetings/ training/ discussion setup & logistic arrangement
- Provision of general office administration which includes checking, verification and photostating of documents, logistic coordination
- Assist in orientating the team new hires which include briefing, ensure availability of equipment and other related misc team staff matters if any
- Will act as a change coordinator to liaise with internal/ external customers and carry out the required tasks confidently (i.e. migration request, change of processes)
- Coordination with other business groups on timely response to any queries and issues
- Assist in purchases which include request for quotation, raising PR, SIR and responsible for project billing and payment related matters
- Responsible for monthly progress report generation & data/ statistics compilation for customer and team (if any)
- Maintain documentation/versioning in share drive/library
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O levels
- Relevant working experience in Administration/ Co-ordination function of at least 2 years
- Good working knowledge in MS Office Application Word & Excel
- Knowledge of SAP will be highly advantageous
- Possess a high level of maturity with excellent organizational skills
- Flexible and resourceful
- Positive attitude with customer service mindset & a team player
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, often within short periods of time with frequent interruptions and considerable pressure due to immediate deadlines n skills
