JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Tasks

• To manage, monitor and control the scope of work, day-to-day tasks and project schedules.
• Periodic management and Technical Review meetings
• Subcontractors' management (Monitoring & Control of Subcontractors & Subcontractors Plan)
• To be fully responsible for the Satellite Communication Network (ScoN) (including technical and schedule aspects), Production and

Installation and be the point of contact regarding the SCoN issues.

• To provide system management and identification of all work to be accomplished (e.g. Work

Breakdown Structure - WBS), schedules, and responsible organizations.

Requirements:

• Good degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Project Management with minimum 5 - 10 years of

SATCOM & VSAT Network experience, main focus includes:

• Project planning, reporting and execution
• Liaison and coordination with all project parties, local authorities and regulatory bodies
• Site supervision, testing and commissioning
• Training, operations and maintenance
• Past experience with defense related projects is preferred

Process Engineer (Testing)

Lead Engineer responsible for the support of new processes transfer and production testing of hardware products.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and adopt the new processes to use in production line.
• Learn and transfer the knowledge of hardware design.
• Learn the testing know-how and eventually set up and run production line.
• Understand the product requirements and identify and meet the contractual requirements with defined quality.
• Provide process and technical support.
• Generate production documents such as bill of materials, mechanicals and fabrication drawings essential for use on production run.
• Generate test procedures and report for use in functional testing and tuning.
• Close liaising with procurement on material purchase and process engineer on the new adaptation of processes.
•  Lead the project team and identify contractual requirements and responsible for the system design, evaluation and testing.
•  Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and
