Project Manager / Team Leader for Command Centers
Job Responsibilities:
Incident Resolution
Manage and drive the service recovery of SL1, SL2, and SL3 incidents, ensuring adequate resources and focus are provided finding swift resolution.
Liaise with the resolvers, vendors and/or system owners until the resolution of the incident.
Assess potential breakpoint and work out recovery procedures to ensure a swift recovery of the service.
Review and communicate incident impact to senior management and customers.
Ensure what incident report is provided to the customer within timeline specified by customer's policy.
Root Cause Analysis
Follow up with resolvers and systems owner for root cause analysi and ensure follow up actions are completed.
Review the efficiency of the escalation process.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must be willing to work in shifting schedule.
Should have an experience in supervisory or managerial role in command centers.
