The Job

• Manage a team of software engineers in the development of network management software (NMS), and front customers
• Identify all contractual requirements and responsible for design reviews.  Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meet all contractual requirements.  Manage sub-contractors and their deliverables.
• Responsible for software verification & validation to ensure the software meets requirements.
• Perform day-to-day coordination liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Provide monthly project reports to customers, internal supporting departments and management.
• Work closely with other Project Managers responsible for the hardware system integration work.
• Work closely with the software development (NMS) technical lead for the technical leadership of the development work.

The Requirements

• Master / Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experienced in leading a software development team, preferably in network management software (NMS) applications.
• Strong people management and project management skills.  Excellent communications and technical writing skills.  Self-driven.
