Position 1

Job Scope

Manage a project/projects throughout project life-cycle to ensure project is delivered on-time, liaise with consultant, external & internal contractors, understanding of system design & able to read schematic drawings, ensuring the cost within budget & meet customers’ expectations

1.       Plan, monitor & control project scope, program & budget

2.       Direct coordination & integration of the various disciplines for every project phase

3.       Establish & maintain communication channel between project team & the customer community

4.       Liaise with consultants & contractors on detail of site works & technical design & advice accordingly

5.       Produce documentations such as Shop-drawings, As-built drawings, submission of claims, Progress reports, O&M manuals etc

Requirements:

1.        Minimum 2 years project management experience in system integration projects with a good understanding of  Video & Audio conferencing (Preferred Polycom System / Cisco TelePresence System knowledge), AV System knowledge & IT networking system

2.        Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility & managing various scale  of  projects

3.        Service oriented with ability in establishing & maintaining effective working relationship with customers, suppliers & team members

4.        Experience in evaluating solutions & assessing integration scope

5.        PMI & CVE certified

6.        Able to travel for oversea assignment

Position 2

Job Scope

1.       Team Lead role to manage a team of maintenance staff to provide comprehensive maintenance services for CCTV systems in Changi Airport Terminals

Requirements:

1.       Degree / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Communications Engineering

2.       Has experience in leading a project / maintenance team.

3.       Has good knowledge & working experience in project delivery & maintenance of physical security & communication systems (CCTV & DVR, access control, duress alarm, intrusion detection, intercom, public address, etc)

4.       Has good knowledge & working experience in network / PC / server installation, configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting, & software products (eg. Microsoft suite of software products)

5.       Has good knowledge & working experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) coordination for physical security projects in a civil construction environment. This includes carrying out design & coordination work in cable management & equipment installation, & overseeing site installation works to meet required scope & schedule

6.       Class 3 Driving License
