Project Coordinator:
Manage and supervise subcontractors for the work carried out for the project schemes.
Ensure safety standards are stringently followed.
Tracking and balancing of materials, e.g. cables used
Validation of schemes performed by subcontractors for claim purpose.
Verification of test results before submission to customer.
Responding to any faults by activating the right subcontractors for immediate corrective actions.
Verification of pipe blocks and “missing” manholes.
Coordination with Building owners or town councils for access to MDF rooms or pulling of cables.
Preparation of proposals, drawings and photos for alternative routing for pipe blocks or “missing” manholes.
