Production Supervisor
Ensure Shipment Schedule meet committed delivery date.
Planning and Scheduling and Successful execution of Production Plan and Activity.
Supervise Production Operators to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
Monitor Material arrival and expedite material availability to production line.
Liaise with Planners to prioritize job work order and adhoc requirements .
Liaise with QA,planners and logistics to ensure prompt readiness of product for shipment.
Ensure employees are trained and competent to perform the work and documentation of training records.
Plan / conduct training for new and existing employees.
Develop and recommend improvements of facilities , equipment or procedures to improve safety ,quality and efficiency.
Monitor usage of utilities to ensure efficiency of operations.
Ensure all production staffs maintain a high level of housekeeping in the production floor.
