Production Manager
- Scheduling and Management
- Work on production line and supervise production team while learning and absorbing additional tasks to support Plant Manager
- Assist in scheduling, developing processes, guidelines and systems
- Support the identification and implementation of process and cost improvements
- Coordinate changes of considerable consequences to the scope of projects
- Coordinate the initiation and prioritization process
- Seek to continuously improve production and project management practices, processes and tools
- Compile weekly status reports as requested by the General Manager
- Proactively keep General Manager and other stakeholders informed of issues and risks
- Assist the General Manager in complying with all required Federal, State and Department of Transportation requirements to include employee training, appropriate documentation of security plan, emergency action plan, risk management plan and others as required
- Material Requirements Planning
- Support the General Manager in identifying and resolving conflicts with material availability, capacity availability and order promise data integrity

MANAGER, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities:
- Handle investing and finance activities which include evaluating investment alternatives and providing analysis on optimal capital structure as well as developing short-term and long-term financing strategies.
- Prepare and maintain cash forecasts, monitor the daily treasury and overall cash position and utilization.
- Develop financial models, perform valuation and conduct financial and risk analysis of business opportunities and proposals.
- Involve in Enterprise Risk Management initiatives and development of management systems.
- Perform industry research including monitoring changes in relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or other professional qualification in Accountancy / Finance with 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Corporate Finance will be a strong added advantage.
- Candidates are preferred to have strong financial modeling skills, an eye for details, good understanding of capital markets, macroeconomics, and good planning, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.
- It is essential for candidates to possess qualities of leadership, be independent and self-motivated, able to multitask and perform under pressure, and possess good verbal and written communication skills.
