Procurement manager:

• Handle full spectrum of Purchasing function (Sourcing, negotiation, PO generation, expedite and change order)
• Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to constantly strive for best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service.
• Liaise & negotiate with suppliers on better price for specifying quality, quantity and delivery schedules
• Maintain good working relationship with suppliers, clients and other vendors
• Develop cost reduction strategies in order to negotiate pricing as well as participate actively in supplier development and evaluation programs.
• Responsible for the continuous development and improvement of procurement processes
• Source new products and alternative suppliers
• Monitor the performance of suppliers & quality of supplied products
• Schedule, expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries
• Follow up billing dispute with suppliers
• Handle general administration duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business/Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Engineering or equivalent
• With 3-5 years of relevant purchasing experience (Preferably from a Manufacturing  background)
• A quick-learner, a good team player as well as possess the aptitude to work well independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player; Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Supply Chain System (SAP/ERP)
• Candidates available immediate / within short notice will be advantageous

Senior / Project Managers

You will be responsible for project and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance.  Overseeing the implementation of the project, you will track and control all project phases and activities.  You should have superior project management capabilities and a proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing multi-million dollars projects in Government and Commercial sectors.

Requirements:

• Senior PMs will need a minimum of 15 years’ experience in application development and maintenance with at least 8 years’ in project management
• PMs will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ in project management and Solutioning
• Experience in managing teams of minimum 20 people
• 'Hands-on' knowledge, regional exposure and experience within the vendor and user environments
• Experience in managing mid-to-large scale IT Application System projects
• Experience in contract negotiation and management
• Experience in evaluation and implementation of packaged solutions and assessing scope & cost between systems
• 'Hands-on' knowledge, regional exposure and experience within the vendor / subcontractors and user environments
• Excellent customer relationship management, sub contractor management, presentation and proposal writing skills
• Experience in evaluating, implementing and maintenance projects in .Net, VB, C# skill set, J2EE, MQ, Oracle
• Experience in requires strong business domain in financial industry
• Certification in CITPM or PMI preferred
• With Production Support experience is an added advantage
