- Professional responsibility for the safety, quality, productivity and cost of designated product types.
- Provide area technical leadership and project management with a “hands-on” approach.
- Highly involved in sustaining and improving activities to meet specific company and department goals.
- Ownership of major improvements - managing project design through implementation in mass production.
Requirements
- 8+ years of increasing engineering responsibility in the semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated capability in generating product documentation, reports and presentations.
- Project management experience displaying excellence in leadership and meeting deadlines.
- Talent in mentoring, advising and training others.
- Ability interfacing and working well with others in all areas of the Company.
- Strong presentation skills when delivering technical information to both individuals and groups.
- Sound data manipulation and analysis skills.
- Thrive when working in a fast-pace and data driven environment where multi-tasking is essential.
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or other similar engineering discipline.
