At least 3 years experience in a managed IT services environment.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Technical knowledge on problem management
Outstanding negotiating skills with the aptitude to ensure win/win situations for all parties.
Excellent customer relationship building and management skills.
Demonstrate successful track record in building sustainable business relationships with Clients at all levels
Strong influencing and persuasive ability
Strong business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective presentation skills.
Working knowledge of Service Delivery practices and processes.
Understanding of Managed Services operations and its ‘bigger picture’ impact on the organization
Be able to demonstrate strong ITIL based process management experience.
Experience working effectively within a professional and disciplined IT services delivery environment.
Experience with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards would be an advantage.
