Responsibilities
1. Participate in service development and dissemination
Principal Consultant – 
§ Innovate and develop new service lines to support current businesses and develop new markets 
§ Conduct training, talks and other activities to communicate and enable staff to fulfill service offerings
Senior Consultant/ Consultant – 
§ Support current service offerings through continuous innovation and improvement
§ Conduct research in consulting trends and opportunities and develop appropriate service offerings to fulfill these needs
 
2. Lead in pre-sales activities
 
Principal Consultant – 
§ Size opportunities and prepare proposals & cost estimates
Senior Consultant/ Consultant – 
§ Work with solution teams to develop an integrated proposal
§ Present proposed solution to customers
 
3. Lead in delivering proposed solutions
 
Principal Consultant – 
§ Lead and guide a team of consultants in projects 
Senior Consultant/ Consultant – 
§ Collaborate with project team in aligning project schedule, integrating deliverables and managing stakeholders
§ Deliver project within timeframe and agreed scope
§ Ensure high quality deliverables
§ Manage stakeholder related risks 
Skills and experience
1. Education
§ Degree in business administration, human resource, psychology or communications
 
 Working experience
 
Principal Consultant – 
§ At least 8 years consulting experience as an internal consultant or with an international consulting organisation
§ Hands-on experience of working through the people and commercial issues of a change programme and have been the lead person in the thinking, designing and implementing phases of a change project preferred
§ Proven project experience with a strong understanding of project management approaches
§ Demonstrated expertise and track record in at least one of the following:
– HR Transformation
– Change Management 
– Organisation Development 
Senior Consultant – 
§ At least 4 years consulting experience as an internal consultant or with an international consulting organisation
§ Demonstrated expertise and track record in at least one of the following:
– HR Transformation
– Change Management 
– Organisation Development 
Consultant – 
§ Up to 3 years of working experience in consulting, human resource management, communications
§ Fresh graduates may apply
 
 General
§ Experience with government/ government related organisations is preferred
§ Strong communications and relationship management skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
§ Excellent command of English and another language
§ A consultancy approach to working
§ A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with public and private sector customers in Singapore and overseas 
§ Has a commercial mindset
§ Delivery focused with a proven track record
