Principal Consultant – Organization Transformation

Responsibilities:

• Participate in service development and dissemination.
• Innovate and develop new service lines to support current businesses and develop new markets.
• Conduct training, talks and other activities to communicate and enable staff to fulfil service offerings.
• Lead in pre-sales activities.
• Size opportunities and prepare proposals & cost estimates.
• Lead in delivering proposed solutions and guide a team of consultants in projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or Communications
• At least 8 years consulting experience as an internal consultant or with an international consulting organization
• Hands-on experience of working through the people and commercial issues of a change programme and have been the lead person in the thinking, designing and implementing phases of a change project preferred
• Proven project experience with a strong understanding of project management approaches
• Demonstrated expertise and track record in HR Transformation, Change Management or Organization Development
• Experience with government/ government related organisations are preferred.
• Strong communications and relationship management skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Excellent command of English and another language.
• A consultancy approach to working.
• A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with public and private sector customers in Singapore and overseas.
• Has a commercial mindset.
• Delivery focused with a proven track record.
