Job Description
* End-to-end oversight related to assigned opportunities from discovery through delivery and client satisfaction validation.
* Providing support related to new solutions, programs, and new business development
* Ensure both internal and external client satisfaction
* Proactively track and monitor completed opportunities to assist sales when additional technical resources may be needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology and/or equivalent experience.
Preferrred certifications in Blade and Storage applications.
Individual should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a sales support, customer service support, and technical solutions support.
