Portal Manager

 

Design & Develop new portal/website (web/mobile/social-media versions):

 

Conduct requirements study and research

Outline strategies for content offering, search-engine-optimization (SEO) and social media

Develop the information architecture & wireframe

Work with creative designer to design the portal/website (front-end)

Work with technical teams to develop, test & implement the portal/website

Work with portal/website operations support team on content population/migration

 

Manage and Operate portal/website (web/mobile/social-media versions):

 

attend to daily operations needs

keep the portal/website front-end intact and up to date

coordinate and work with the various functional teams to explore/design/deploy/implement new-look-&-feel/ contents/ functions/ features/ services

coordinate and conduct portal/website testing

using web analytics systems to compile web statistics and carry out trend analysis

manage portal/website KPIs, and work with various functional teams to meet the KPIs

compiling progress/ web statistics/ KPI reports

Work closely with various functional teams to carry out the above activities/tasks.

 

Keep in touch with design & usage/user navigation trends in web, mobile and social media spaces; and be able to advise and apply where appropriate.

Portal Business Development Manager

 

You are required to drive and grow IT Systems Integration, Consulting, Applications and Outsourcing Solutions businesses for vertical markets both locally and overseas in order to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability and growth targets.  You are also required to establish, maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with existing and new clients and partners.  You will need to manage progress and development of accounts, as well as quotations and tenders related to clients and partners. In addition, you will be responsible for presenting tailored solutions to clients locally and overseas and working closely with internal teams. The candidate is require to assist day to day management responsibilities for providing a professional and efficient business services to internal and external clients. You will provide first line support for writing responses for RFI and RFP and assist with the creation of additional business development related material.

 

At least 2 to 5 years’ sales experience in the following areas:

Portal and mobility and/or social & digital media

IT solutions and services

Passion for cutting edge Infocomm technology

Work with the account managers to build pipelines and develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain existing accounts and market share in the various geographical markets.

Promote further development of named accounts by establishing a direct, personal relationship at appropriate level of management.

Proven track record in exceeding sales targets

Familiar with social, digital media, smart devices and mobility trends

Good public speaking and communication skills with the ability to clearly present solution and service information at one to one or group presentation.

A passionate and creative character with exceptional business strategy and instincts

Self-motivator with ‘Can-do’ attitude

Highly adaptable to changing business requirements and market trends

Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
