Portal Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Required to drive and grow IT Systems Integration, Consulting, Applications and Outsourcing Solutions businesses for vertical markets both locally and overseas in order to achieve sales, revenue, profitability and growth targets.
Required to establish, maintain, and strengthen relationship and rapport with existing and new clients and partners.
Responsible for presenting tailored solutions to clients locally and overseas and working closely with internal teams.
Required to assist day to day management responsibilities for providing a professional and efficient business services to internal and external clients.
Provides first line support for writing purposes for RFI and RFP and assist with the creation of additional business development related material.
Handles Government projects and tenders.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should have an IT solutions business development / sales experience.
Should have knowledge and experience in social media and mobile are advantageous but not mandatory.
Work with account managers in building pipelines, develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain existing accounts and market share in the various geographical markets.
Promotes further development of named accounts by establishing a direct, personal relationship at appropriate level of management.
Should have proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
Must be familiar with social, digital media, smart devices and mobility trends.
Should have good public speaking and communication skills with the ability to clearly present solution and service information at one to one or group presentation.
Must be passionate and creative with exceptional business strategy and instinct.
Should be a self-motivator with "can-do" attitude.
Must be highly adaptable to changing business requirements and market trends.
Should be result - oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
