Plant Mechanic Apprentice

Installs, repairs, inspects, overhauls, troubleshoots, and performs maintenance to power plant equipment and systems. Maintenance tasks include but are not limited to pipefitting, welding, millwright and use of precision tools.

Minimum Requirements: 

Must have a High School Diploma 

Strongly desire knowledge and experience in at least one area of plant mechanical maintenance: code certified welding, combustion and steam turbine maintenance, all levels of control and isolation valve maintenance.   Strongly desire basic computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite. (e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook).   NOTICE: Candidates selected for testing will be contacted by email to take the Assessment. A Candidate must be successful on this test in order to be considered for the position.
