Pharmacist - Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Job Description

• Responsible for the evaluation, interpretation and management of patients in specialty clinics .
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers in diagnosing and treating patients. 
• Provide other functions to ensure that the use of pharmaceutical agents are rational and cost-effective.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills. 
• Knowledge of all Microsoft software.  Capable of working independently.

Requirements

Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a four-year college. Board certification in Pharmacotheraphy specialty preferred. Three years of clinical pharmacy experience in hospital or ambulatory care; Knowledge of all Microsoft software. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently.
